Milan, April 3, 2024 - Banca AideXa, Italy's first fintech bank dedicated to small businesses, continues its growth and strengthens its team by planning to hire around twenty new employees in the coming months and expanding its network of financial agents. This new hiring phase is part of AideXa's second development stage, aimed at accelerating the industrialization process of credit distribution.

The new hires, known as "AideXers," will join a team currently comprising 82 professionals with an average age of 33, of which 40% are women. The typical profile is highly qualified and technology-oriented, with individuals coming from best-in-class companies in banking, digital, fintech, and consulting sectors.
