Giovanni Beninati, with a degree in Political Economy from Bocconi University in Milan, began his career in Risk Management at Citibank, where he managed Credit and Collection strategies and led Analytics and Scoring structures. In 2014, he joined AmEx as Italy Country Credit Risk Officer for Consumer and Corporate segments. Since 2020, as Co-Founder of AideXa, he has served as Chief Risk Officer, contributing to the control framework. From July 2024, he will be Deputy General Manager and Chief Risk & Compliance Officer, coordinating the company’s control functions.

Federica Pavesi, holding a law degree with an economic focus from Bocconi University in Milan and admitted to the bar in 2011, has over 15 years of experience in regulatory and corporate governance. Her career began in regulatory, banking, and financial law departments of leading law firms such as Zitiello, Bonelli Erede, and Grimaldi, before moving in-house as Head of Legal, Compliance & AML at companies like Hedge Invest, Diners Club, and American Express. Federica also has extensive knowledge in economics and business, having earned a Master’s in Corporate Finance & Banking in 2013 and an MBA in 2022, both from SDA Bocconi.

At Illimity Bank, he led the audit team for credit processes and risk management, and advanced the function by adopting and implementing Data Analytics to support assurance and consulting activities.

2024 marks a significant growth year for Banca AideXa , building on the momentum from 2023, with increases in loan volumes, client numbers, and liquidity collection. The bank is also expanding its workforce, planning to add about twenty new team members throughout 2024.

Marzio Pividori, CEO of AideXa, stated: “From the beginning, Giovanni has been integral to the development of our project, and today we are proud to announce his promotion to Deputy Director of AideXa.
